Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

The award-winning house is just a short walk through community gardens to the popular beaches of Cape Paterson (700m). The local pub is also a short stroll away. The Eco village has fantastic paths for walking and cycling, pickleball courts, and a great playground for kids. Be prepared to encounter native wildlife such as kangaroos and echidnas.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. It's a short 10 min drive to Inverloch and 8 mins to the beautiful Cape Paterson beaches. We are also walking distance to Bass Coast Rail Trail. Our house has a beautiful open living kitchen, dining and lounge room that flows through to the covered alfresco area. Our house is suitable for families, couples and business travellers.

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

The Rennison is a unique architectural home situated on the shores of Western Port Bay in Newhaven, Phillip Island. Constructed using mud bricks and recycled Tasmanian Oak, this house seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings.
