Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Fraisthorpe Beach, Flamborough and Bridlington only a 20-to-25-minute drive away, if relaxing by the east coast is your preference. York and Scarborough are also within a 40-minute drive.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. Beautiful One Bedroomed Character Cottage

This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided

Holly cottage is located in the charming little village of Wold Newton, in the heart of the Yorkshire wolds, within a short drive from the east coast resorts. Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
