The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Welcome to Modern Beach Studio, freshly renovated in 2021. With a private entrance through the carport, you will find an airy, refreshing, and bright space to blissfuly make your vacation home away from home. The studio can sleep four with extra room to spare for your beloved fur baby. During your stay, enjoy the quirky kitchenette and functional full bathroom with basic amenities provided. This is a non-smoking property and strictly prohibited. Remodeled, quaint 60's style beach cottage on the Outer Banks. One queen size bedroom and another built-in twin bed . Nothing fancy, but a quaint spot for a those who want to be by the sea. Octopus's garden: The octopus is a mysterious, elusive sea creature that decorates and tends the entrance garden to its hide-a -way home with a collection of shiny and found objects. This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
