The Studio, Kilmington

Homely private studio room with ensuite, sitting area and kitchen. This lovely bright room above our detached double garage is separate to the main house giving greater privacy and relaxation. We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

A self-contained annex for 2 adults in a village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Two village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Picturesque views to the south to Cannington Viaduct, and behind onto a sloped wooded area frequented by deer, foxes, badgers and rabbits. Numerous countryside/costal walks on the doorstep. On the Jurassic Coast, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the Devon / Dorset border. 2 miles from Lyme Regis beach and ½ a mile from a pub and shop in Uplyme. 1 mile to River Cottage HQ Outdoor sitting area, space to store bikes, etc.

Little Rock is a unique and tranquil getaway set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only 7.3 miles to the Jurassic coast. The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Old Maidenhayne Farmhouse Annex

The annex is part of an old farmhouse. It was built in 1850’s and we have been renovating it since we bought it in 2022. It is unique, rustic, and has country charm. It has it’s own entrance with two bedrooms, one king and one double, and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs there is a large comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and a separate kitchen. Outside the annex there is a patio/courtyard all set up for a bbq . The main garden is shared with us and is on different levels.

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged
