Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish room with big and beautiful balcony with a great sea view over the entire Askeli beach area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv and is only a 40 meters away from the biggest beach of Poros. Supermarket, bakery, bike rental and great restaurants are nearby. Aida studios is located in Askeli area on Poros island. It is higher up which gives it a great view of Askeli beach but it also means the road to get there is uphill and quite steep.

Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Άμεσα προσβάσιμο στα εκθεσιακά κέντρα, Metropolitan Expo και M.E.C. Επιπλέον ο χώρος μας βρίσκεται κοντά στο Αττικό Ζωολογικό Πάρκο και στο εμπορικό κέντρο McΑrthur Glen. Ο χώρος προσφέρεται για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά, κατοικίδια, ζευγάρια, παρέες φίλων και επαγγελματίες.

Ένα παραμυθένιο σπίτι στο δάσος, τεσσάρων εποχών που θα λατρέψετε στη μαγεία της φύσης. Ένα ξεχωριστό, ήρεμο μέρος μέσα στα πεύκα, που θα σας προσφέρει ηρεμία και χαλάρωση εντός και εκτός του σπιτιού. Μία υπέροχη μεζονέτα με γήινες αποχρώσεις και μινιμαλισμό. Στο εξωτερικό της βρίσκεται μία πανέμορφη ξύλινη σάουνα, μπάρμπεκιου, και αίθριο με τη ξεχωριστή θέα στο δάσος. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, παρέες και για όλους τους λάτρεις της φύσης.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Our renovated apartment is located near the Centre of the city in a quiet neighbourhood 550m away from the Kerameikos metro station. If you are in the mood for a long stroll you can take a 20 minutes' walk from the apartment to the city centre through the best pedestrian of Athens, Ermou str next to Kerameikos antiquities. Tow bus lines will get you to Omonia or Syntagma squares if you don't feel like using the metro.

Ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Ραφήνας, με ιδιωτικό parking. 200 μέτρα από το λιμάνι, με κοντινή πρόσβαση σε όλες τις συγκοινωνίες(Αστικά λεωφορεία, ταξί, λεωφορείο προς και από το αεροδρόμιο.) Επίσης υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες στην περιοχή, που ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να πάει με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην αγορά της Ραφήνας όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρεί ότι χρειάζεται.
