As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit, sway on the swings, and take in the stunning views that give this place its name. Enjoy the 7-person hot tub or unwind in the spacious living room. This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

If you like fishing for large bass or crappie, jumping off the floating dock, kayaking, or just relaxing on the porch swing with an amazing view; this place is for you. If you have a boat, there is a drop off (no gas motors, please!). Bring your poles!
