Unique tiny house at the foot of Cerbat Mountains

At the end of our bumpy dirt road in the quirky rural neighborhood of SoHi the sound heard most often is birdsong. The sun hits our front porch in the morning, the best place to sip your coffee and enjoy the Cerbat Mountains at your feet. Our two acres offer a sampling of native plants and wildlife, and occasionally open range cattle wander by. The sunsets are amazing and on rare cloudy days we enjoy the lights in the valley. Dark skies are a big deal here, so make time for stargazing.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience tiny house living this is it. Brand new single wide house with all the amenities of a regular home. Your family will be close to everything, shopping, restaurants, central to Lake Havasu, Grand Canyon Skywalk, Las Vegas and more. Lot is half acre with 20’ gate for trailer or RV parking. This house is ALL electric so no risk of carbon monoxide. We are working on fencing the entire property but have fenced a good portion to give our guest privacy.
