Want more fun in the sun? There is Wekiwa National park which is 7 miles away for kayaking and water springs. Additionally, Kings Landings is located 10 minutes away.

It is - a 6 minute drive to a grocery store, - a 12 minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - a 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, - a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - a 30 to 45 minute drive to the major theme parks, depending on traffic.
