Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. WOODLANDS is a modern cottage with traditional touches, it has large light-filled living spaces and comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for families as well as couples wanting a little more space or friends looking to relax and unwind. Woodland walks and cycle rides are on your doorstep and a wood burner ensures you'll be cosy on cooler nights. Well behaved dogs welcome (2 max).

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
