The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. The rooms stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions. Great woodland walks for dogs from the end of the garden. Dogs are welcome. 7Kw electric vehicle charger available at £10 cash per 5 hour charge.

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) This is an attractive, spacious conversion with a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. The Annexe sleeps 4 through a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an enclosed garden and seating area.
