The Piggery by The Orchard is a delightful, sun filled, light and airy, two-bedroom, two-bathroom detached home on Ham Farm. Stylish, cosy and beautifully designed and handmade by artists, The Piggery offers a unique and unforgettable stay near the coast in Devon. The traditional Orchard to the South, planted by us twenty-four years ago, boasts vintage cider apples, delicious cookers and eaters plus mulberry, plums, perry pears, medlar and quince. We produce our own cider and apple juice too..

Devon Beach Haven with Hot Tub - The Bolt Hole

An idyllic beach haven set in the heart of South Devon. The Bolt Hole has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 with a superking, king and two single beds. Beautifully presented throughout with a nautical and rustic theme, and in a great location for water-sports, restaurants and waterside dining, just a few minutes from all local amenities. The property is perfect all year round with a great sun spot for relaxing in the hot tub (£50 Charge), firing up the BBQ and cosying up in front of the wood-burner.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Our cosy cottage is perfectly situated in the centre of vibrant Kingsbridge, voted the 5th most relaxing town in the UK, highly rated in best places to staycation and RHS Gold Britain in Bloom winners. A stones throw from eclectic Fore Street it is a quiet and secluded cottage, along a secret passage. Pubs, galleries, restaurants, shops and even a cinema, crabbing quays, sail boats, SUP a brand new skatepark and ferries to Salcombe within walking distance. Dogs maybe accepted on request.

Cosy converted granary set in quiet countryside

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.
