Private Cozy Studio in a tranquil gated community that has a 24-hour security guard, large pool, kiddies splash area, exercise room and a wonderful lakeside walk. The lakeside walk leads to the outdoor exercise stations, volleyball beach, fishing pier, and beach area. The community also has tennis courts and basketball hoops. The studio is located just a few minutes drive of the main road with all types of shops, gift stories, restaurants and within easy reach of Disney & famous attractions.

This centrally located cozy retreat is 15 min. from the airport and near all of Orlando’s greatest attractions and business centers: International Dr., Convention Center, Disney World, Universal Studios, Seaworld Olando, Discovery Cove, Orlando Eye, Orlando Outlets. Private (code lock) entrance, own parking, full bathroom, Queen Bed, Smart TV, refrigerator, dining area, and a comfortable Futon/Couch, AC, Wi-Fi and many more. Private 2 bedroom w/bathrm in portion of POOL home

Hello travelers! 😀 We offer a portion of our home with a private entrance off the pool area. Your area has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and internet TVs and a private bathroom. The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. As a side note there is often discoloration of the pavers and cushions during the rainy season.
