Located on 35 acres in the rural community of High Prairie, the owners are part of the region's ranching tradition and sustainable farming practices. The property includes a walking trail, 8 hole frisbee golf, farm animals, farm fresh eggs, and ranch raised beef.

A propane fire pit comfortably on the deck. Wood fire pit. Wood bundles available for purchase. $7 a bundle. Blackstone griddle is provided along with propane. Also, a sink has been added by the shower to help with brushing your teeth and doing dishes. This is one of 10 sites on the 20 acres.

The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with its own bathroom. 2nd level is the dining, kitchen, living room, common bathroom, and 2nd bedroom. It is set up with 2 twins, but I have a king topper to convert. Please let me know if you prefer the king. 1 parking spot in front of the townhouse. 2nd parking across in shared space
