Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

It is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, immerso nel verde del bellissimo parco del Talvera, con piste ciclabili e meravigliose passeggiate lungo il fiume. Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

The flat is located in a very quiet and sunny area, 10 minutes by car from the village centre and the ski lifts. Ritten Card included in the price!

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
