It is private with all provided amenities and no shared spaces, but owner's do live upstairs. Guests have dedicated parking by the entrance. WIFI provided. Walk to Baker Creek park, SoKno taco, 7 minute drive to Ijams and downtown, 3 minute drive to Sevier Ave breweries

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two with fabulously tiled walk in showers and one with the original claw foot tub restored beautifully. Large and very functional kitchen with Five Star gas range, butcher block and marble counters. The place is very private and has a porch to appreciate the outdoors. The cabin is heated with either a small EPA approved wood stove or propane heater. The stairs within the house are steep and best suited for able bodied individuals. Located between downtown Knoxville and TYS airport, <20 mins from each.
