The living area consists of a semi open plan dining-kitchen- and lounge area that leads onto an expansive furnished patio, sun beds and a gas barbecue. Inverter powered - immune to load shedding.A gas fireplace +electric wallpanels The walk-in garage has laundry facilities. 3Bicycles and a 2 seater canoe is available. The Jetty is to moor guest’s own boat.

This bedroom is not totally closed off from the lounge but separated with a large wall unit. The second bedroom is totally private with either twin beds or a king size bed.
