The Castlehill Basin provides amazing skiing, biking, walking, fishing, bouldering and rock climbing. 1 hour drive from Christchurch and you will find yourself immersed in an Alpine Mountain environment. The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. Only 3 minutes drive to Hokitika township.
