Beautiful stonehouse in sunny Kut

Our family-friendly stone house is located in peaceful Kut, only a 3 min walk from the seaside, and is close to beaches and great restaurants. It comes with a lush lemon garden, sunny terraces and a separate garden studio. Kut is the Old Town of Vis and from this side of the bay you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. We bought the rundown house in 2007 and renovated it with the help of skilled craftsmen. The neighbourhood is quiet and yet really close to everything you need for a great holiday!

Nalazi se u selu na najvišem dijelu otoka Visa. Zrak je planinski, čist, a kuća je okružena prirodom. Dok se odmarate na terasi u pozadini se čuju cvrčci, pijetao, ptičice...Prekrasne plaže sa kristalno čistim morem se nalaze na samo 15 minuta vožnje automobilom. Najbliži restoran je 3 minute hodanja..

Plateau

Apartment Plateau occupies 300 sqm of interior area on ground floor and first floor and a terrace that stretches all the way into the sea. Large fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, outdoor shower, access to the sea, interior custom made marble fireplace, 4 bedrooms with a double bed and 4 fully equipped bathrooms. Air-conditioned and each bedroom has satellite flat TV with additional large flat TV in the living room.

The apartment is located close to the center of Komiza old town. It is up on the hillside and in quiet neighbourhood and a short walk down takes you to the Riva. Riva is the main hang out area for the locals as well as tourists where bars, cafes, shops, line up and you can sit & enjoy coffee/beers surrounded by rustique buildings of the charming fisherman’s town and the view of the beautiful harbour and Adriatic sea.

Holiday apartment with terrace

Our apartments are located in the center of Vis and about 3 minutes away from the port. The house is surrounded by a green garden and a terrace with a grill. Free WI-FI is included. The main beach, as well as many supermarkets and tourist agencies are very close. The tourist agencies offer scooters and cars for rent. There you can book a tour to the blue/green cave, or even a tour all around the island.
