My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, and the airport. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the light, the coziness, and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).In this challenging times, it is good to mention that me and my wife are both COVID-19 vaccinated and our home carries Safe travel certificate issued by croatian authorities.

Centrally located private loft

Our simple yet comfortable two bedrooms, diveded for privacy from the rest of the flat, are located in the very center of Cavtat, just few steps away from the sea and harbor promenade. We are in a pedestrian zone between April and October. No car access directly to the house. There is a ramp at the entrance to the old town. Communal parking 🅿️ is 200 meters away (upon a fee). We do not offer a parking space.

Holiday Home Anamarija in Cavtat Centre

Located in the historic center of Cavtat, Holiday Home Anamarija is a traditional Mediterranean stone townhouse comfortably accommodating 2 people. Accessed from a side street just of the main promenade, it offers privacy and relaxation. The highlight of the property is the al fresco garden terrace, overlooking mediterranean lemon garden, town's red roofs, and amazing sunsets over the sea.

We have made a lot of effort to make this house anything BUT a boxlike rental flat: free parking right outside, 2 stories, 4 m high ceilings main rooms, 2 bathrooms AND not the least: sitting room + terrace +kitchen is ONE big area (40 sqm) with the best panoramic view in town
