Nestled in the forest in a gated upscale community of Harbor View Estates, you will escape to peace and tranquility in your private 2200-square foot spa-inspired Shangri-La. You will occupy the entire first floor of our large home. You will be in heaven surrounded by nature, mountains, panoramic sunsets and wide-open views as far as the eye can see. Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
