The apartment is located in a new building at Św. Wawrzyńca 19, in the Old Town - Kazimierz Quarter. The building is guarded, with an internal garden, elevators, a monitored underground garage. In the neighbourhood there are detached and semi-detached, low houses. On the premises there is a possibility of parking vehicles, if needed. This is a perfect offer for families (a playground, Cracow Zoo and Wolski Woods, cycling paths and other amenities nearby).
