Friendly neighborhood and by the water. Walking distance to center of the town. My house is 2 storey and guest will be staying with me on the 2nd floor. there will be stairs to the entrance of my home. My home is more than 50 years old however, i renovated on May 2025. It's clean and safe for guests who wants to expirience living with locals. Guest will stay in one of my bedroom, his/her own room. Sharing bathroom and my patio. I also have a private beach that guest can use, detail on arrival.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is located downstairs for easy, ground-level access. It’s an elegant space designed for comfort and easy living, with everything you need to settle in and relax. Just a few steps from the pool, you’re close to water whenever you want it. Out front, there’s a patio table and chairs where you can sit with coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. Located in Ngermid, you’re in a quiet area that’s still close to everything Palau has to offer.

The area is famous among locals for its breathtaking sunsets, so don’t be surprised to see cars pause to enjoy the view. Escape to your own private studio tucked in the quiet hamlet of Ngermid. Perched on the second floor of a gated, secluded property and surrounded by lush foliage Palau is known for. **IMPORTANT GUESTS NOTE: STAIRS & SAFETY** Access requires climbing steep outdoor steps. Please take your time and use the handrail provided. The climb is short, and the view and breezy studio at the top make it worth it.
