The house is complete with the fastest Wi-Fi available, AC, TV, standing shower, queen size bed, fully-stocked bathroom (toiletries, towels) & kitchen including coffee maker & tea kettle. The private yard is the perfect place to have your morning coffee and includes fruit trees and a veggie garden, including guava, etc. This is a non-smoking house but smoking is permitted outside.

It is about 12-15 minutes away from the airport, a short drive to the supermarkets, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, laundromats, museums, and about a 5 minutes walk to Ngermid Dock/ Nikko Bay, a great kayaking spot.
