The 404 Loft

From your private garage up one flight of stairs is your personal retreat. As you enter, you’re welcomed by an open-concept layout that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find your own private laundry area—designed for ease and convenience. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed setup. Outside the French doors is your own private patio—a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

Country Living

The house sits at the end of a long driveway with fields surrounding it. Quiet and peaceful. Close to lakes including Winona Lake which also has a nice bike trail for biking and/or walking! The space is a small appartment above the garage, which is attached to our farmhouse. It includes a small bedroom with a queen-size bed and a dresser drawer, kitchenette with all the basic needs, bathroom with shower, dinning and living room. The deck provides a perfect place to enjoy a country sunset!

The high speed internet provides great coverage.
