Stylishly Refurbished Heritage House (Muda Blue)

Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix is available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

This house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, yet it is just a 2 min drive to Western By Pass, 3 min to Taman Intan and 5 min to the town area. There are various of walking distance amenities such as HappyMart, 7-11, Clinic, Pharmacy, Launderette and mini market. Caltex petrol station is less than 1 min drive. You can park 2 cars on the car porch and 1-2 cars in front of the house.

This entire floor is fitted with pre loved curiosities, found in the vicinity of penang. Please take notice it’s on the first floor with no lift.

Meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed.
