Kardinia Cottage offers guests a country stay on a working farm while only a short drive from the surrounding towns and regional centres. Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. We have parking for a vehicle and trailer or truck Enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine under the grapevine shaded verandah, or on cooler nights enjoy watching the flames in the fire pit and see the stars light up the sky.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

The Hut is a great little Studio Cabin set less than 60 metres from a quiet stretch of the Murray River. The Hut is a modern self contained well appointed cabin, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Just 10 minutes drive from Mathoura, 40 minutes to the bustling tourist hubs of Echuca/Moama, 30 minutes to the Ute Muster Capital, Deniliquin and 2 kms from the amazing Timbercutter cafe bar function venue. The Hut is surrounded by nature, expect kangaroos and birdlife at your door.

Oak Dene Historic House Accommodation

Oak Dene is a unique and historic building. It was built in 1908 for Dr and Mrs John Wight as a family home and surgery by his eminent architect brother, Gerard Wight. The house is built entirely of ripple iron, inside and out. It is encircled by deep verandas, giving it a shaded, private quality that is enhanced by its setting in lawns and trees. Our Edwardian features on the exterior are complemented inside with modern features. It comfortably fits 4 people comprising of 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 long singles beds, ideal for adults or children. Situated only 100 metres from the Main Street, gives you easy access to shops, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. Bishop Townhouse & Clements House (next door) were built by Mr Bishop in 1904 for Mr Clements to accommodate tenants.

Kyabram House is a lovely character home, only 200m from the CBD, which sleeps eight people comfortably, fully renovated and complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kyabram. We are family and pet friendly with a safe enclosed rear yard. 

Theresa's on Crossen

5 minute walk to Campaspe River Walk which follows the meandering Campaspe River along a sealed footpath/cycleway that provides for walkers, joggers and cyclists through natural bushland. The walk concludes at Hopwood Gardens in the heart of the historic Port of Echuca (20 minute walk into centre, 10 minute bike ride). Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.
