After ten years of dreaming and two years of planning we finally created a modern beach front house by the surf. 127 de Gamma is built with a European style but an African heart. Whilst the bedrooms are downstairs, the open plan upstairs is all about the view. With the on-going saga of loadshedding we have just added solar and inverters to ensure you have a great stress free stay.

Dreamland is build with local stones, clay bricks, reclaimed over-sized Oregon pine beams & floors and a huge thatched roof, creating a relaxed, earthy and natural ambiance for our guests to enjoy.

For loadshedding we have a battery backup system for all the Lights, the Fridge, the Wi-Fi, the Decoders & the lounge TV.

Beautiful House on canals

Our beautiful canal-side home away from home. This family friendly home is an oasis of peace and relaxation on the stunning St Francis Bay canals. Please note we recently renovated and the house no longer has a thatch roof. It’s now a modern shingle roof with aluminum windows and doors. We have updated some photos with the new roof and the white internal ceilings.

A large bright upstairs room above a double garage with a private balcony. The room looks out over trees and the garden. Private, equipped, self-catering with a small kitchen area. It’s a short walk to the Krom river. Guests have access to the garden, jetty and canal. There is a canoe to use. We live in the main house a few metres away.
