Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Despite being located in the pedestrian zone of the centre, the apartment is located in the atrium of a building, which means no noise from the street can be heard when you are ready to rest. It offers a kitchen, a large queen-size bed and a sofa. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the host. Note: Transport from and to airport can be provided for a very reasonable price. Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!
