Furthermore it offers a cozy living and dining area alongside with an amazing view over the brand new swimming pool and Filerimos. **THE SWIMMING POOL IS BRAND NEW AND WILL START OPERATING FROM 1st OF MAY 2022. MOREOVER WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE NEW GYM IS READY AND FREE TO USE FOR ALL OF OUR GUESTS.

Recently renovated neoclassical house , built with Italian influence. Consisting of first and ground floor with private backyard and a dipping-pool with jacuzzi functions. The ground floor can host up to 2 persons on the sofa-bed , having at its floor a private bathroom, the kitchen and the backyard. The first floor can host up to 2 more persons with a queen-size bed , a chilling area and a private bathroom. Our home is located in one of the most traditional areas in the center of Rhodes.
