Welcome to our Charming Stone House in the peaceful village of Reževići, located just few hundred metres from the beach. Surrounded by old olive trees, the house offers true Mediterranean escape - perfect for couples, families or anyone seeking peace, sun, and sea. Breathtaking sunsets from one of the terraces are unforgettable. The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2024 during which we created space that fuses soft contemporary design with a traditional Mediterranean architecture.

An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

Das Bungalow, und insbesondere die Küche, ist vollständig ausgestattet und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Haus. Genieße den Sonnenuntergang auf der privaten Dachterasse. Unser Standort befindet sich auf 270 m Höhe über dem Meer im Ort Dobra Voda. Genieße Ruhe und Ausblick und starte von hier zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Orten und Stränden bequem per Auto.

In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Kuca je udaljena od Podgorice 35 minuta, od Virpazara 10 minuta, a Sutomora (prvog grada na moru) 20 minuta. Najblizi market se nalazi u Virpazaru. Gosti imaju na raspolaganje bastu u kojoj gajimo nase domace voce i povrce, a takodje u blizini je rijeka u kojoj se mozete osvjeziti.
