Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Gebucht wird ein vollständig eingerichtetes Haus: Wohnfläche von ca. 120m2, eingezäuntes 1.400m2 großes Grundstück, direktem Seezugang mit eigenem Badesteg, Wellnessterrasse mit Outdoor Sauna und Whirlpool, Seeterrasse mit Sitz- und Liege- sowie einem Loungebereich, Grillmöglichkeiten, kostenfreies WLAN, Netflix, Prime und gratis Parkplätze Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Liegetücher sind vorhanden, Buchung erfolgt als Selbstverpflegung. Im 2022 frisch renovierten Landhaus kann man sich perfekt vom Alltagsstress erholen. Es liegt in Südkärnten auf einer sonnigen Anhöhe umringt von einer wunderschönen Bergkulisse. Gleich in der Nähe befinden sich der Klopeinersee, der Turnersee und der Gösselsdorfersee, die leicht mit dem Rad erreichbar sind. Das Skigebiet Petzen und Klagenfurt sind auch nicht weit. Das Haus eignet sich für 10 Personen, hat ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine Sauna.
