You will have the entire Semi-D House Homestay, situated at a strategic and tranquil location in northern Sg Petani, Kedah. ~ 5 minutes drive to Sg Petani North toll exit; ~ 20 to 30 minutes drive to AIMST university, UITM Merbok and MRSM Merbok. The homestay comes with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Car Parks that can accommodate a family size up to 6 persons. (Note : Host will request deposit payment prior to check in. Originally built in the early 1900's, the house was dilapidated and not fit for habitation. It was out of passion to restore the building that Muda Blue came about. As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. Hundred Year Old Heritage Shophouse (Ground Floor)

Welcome to our family owned, renovated and run historical home. A 100 year old shophouse in the heart of Georgetown, meticulously renovated from an existing birdhouse to its former glory. All renovation was carried out using recycled hard wood and red bricks. The electrical work and water piping are all exposed. The ground floor is terracotta and furniture has been constructed using cut-offs from roofing beams, old railway sleepers and window frames.
