The house is located in the calm and central Kungsladugård next to Slottsskogen with Zoo, playgrounds, outdoor gym and cafes. Walking distance to Mariaplan - the heart of Majorna, with several nice restaurants, bars and shops and a large pool for children. Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. If your more in to the archipelago the nearest tram is only 300m away and will take you directly there.

Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.

Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
