Gæsteboligen på 90 kvm, er en seperat del af vores hus. Vi bor selv i resten af huset. Gæsteboligen består af 2 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og stort opholdsrum, badeværelse og mindre køkken. Er velegnet til familie med børn, 2 vennepar på tur eller forretningsrejsende, alle som gerne vil opleve Nordsjællandske natur, slotte, golf og museer, fx Museum of Modern Art Louisiana og Simons Golf. Perfectly situated for exploring North Zealand’s stunning attractions, in a peaceful residential area just 600 meters from the tranquil Esrum Lake. A 20-min scenic walk takes you to the magnificent Fredensborg Castle through its beautiful gardens. Close proximity to Kronborg (Hamlet's) Castle in Helsingør, the coastal town of Hornbæk with its pristine beaches and charming cafes. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy nearby biking and hiking trails or kayaking at the lake. 40 mins drive to Copenhagen.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Dejligt, praktisk og lyst rækkehus i roligt kvarter, tæt på skov i hyggelige Espergærde. Huset har alt hvad I har brug for, det er nemt at bruge og har egen parkeringsplads. Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.

Annekset ligger 1 km fra bymidten og 1,5 km fra madmarked, station og Kronborg.

There is also great public transportation options if you want to go to Copenhagen, which take about 45 min. by train. NOTICE you have the house to yourself, and you are not gonna share the house with the host.
