Although no sea view from the unit itself you can fall asleep while listening to the waves crashing at night. Lovely tidal pools to bathe in or to fish. The main Blue flag beach is a short stroll away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a firepit, braai area outside in the private garden area. Owners willing to assist wherever needed.

Quaint 4 sleeper cottage with an exquisite dam view... the perfect place to unwind and relax. The smallest of three units on the property, it is perfect for couples, or a small family looking for a beautiful Midlands break away. (The other units are a 6 Sleeper Farmhouse - please see 'Pennygrove Farmhouse' and a 6 Sleeper shed conversion - see 'Nguni Cottage') Lovely walks and Bass fishing to keep you busy during the day, and a fire pit for those cold Midlands nights. Our coffee bar is stocked with homemade rusks, coffee, tea, and sugar. There is also milk in the fridge. The lounge and patio area have beautiful views of the Falsebay Lake. The kitchen is fully equipped. Quoted rate is for up to 2 people, the unit can sleep 4. Any more than 2 people, then the extra fee of R250pppn applies.

The Goodland - Cottage One

Woodsong Cottage - Self Catering

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming. The cottage is not suitable from small children. The cottage is not pet friendly.
