Está situado en una zona muy cercana al centro de Valencia, al que se puede llegar paseando en 15 minutos. Está muy bien comunicado con metro y con autobús con toda la ciudad y con el aeropuerto. Se encuentra a 100 metros del estadio de Mestalla, pero la zona es muy tranquila y familiar.
