A master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with Queen bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds awaits you. There is a second full hall bath. A fully equipped kitchen allows for quiet dinners at home. PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort.

What is really amazing is that the apartment is less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town! Three cruiser bikes with helmets and locks are available for free and access to the Animas River Trail is available through a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.
