Heated saltwater pool and palapa area are perfect for sunbathing, yoga, relaxing, etc. 5-10 minute walk to pristine beaches, restaurants, bars, farmer's market, shops, yoga studios/gyms, fantastic vegetable market & grocery stores. The new Palmas de Cortez Pickleball Complex is a 10 minute walk.

Two bedroom property just steps from the Sea

One bedroom has a California K bed and bathroom and the other is a full-service casita with a Q bed. They are meant to be rented together to provide extra sleeping arrangements. The idea is that renters would utilize the kitchen in the casita for meals. Both are on my property but separate from the main house. They are a very short walking distance from each other. Absolutely perfect for folks who are here for the world-class fishing and would like their own bedroom, or families with teens.
