Welcome to our lovely nest in the heart of the Dolomites (Alta Badia)! Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. In the summer, the area is perfect for hiking. We hope you'll love this place as much as we do!

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY small-sized dogs under 10kg allowed.

Genießen Sie die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Santner, Schlern und das Dorf Seis am Schlern! Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie Sonne tanken, Essen und entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Die Wohnung, die zu einem Bauernhof gehört, wird von Genovefa und Franz gemeinsam mit ihren Kindern verwaltet. Die Gäste schätzen diesen Ort für die isolierte Lage und die spektakuläre Aussicht. The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

The apartment has a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom (with double bed) is cosy and spacious; however, if you should need extra sleeping, the comfortable sofa bed is ready for two more people in the living room! The living space has TV satellite and telephone. You can take advantage of our free wifi and free skibus in winter

Our apartments are spacious, in wooden furniture and with all comfort equipped, so you may spend your vacation cozily and relaxed. In each apartment you find a dish washer, tv-sat in the living room and in the bedroom, internet access, bathroom with shower and/or tub. Bedlinen, kitchen laundry and towels are provided at your arrival.
