Wunderbares Ski-, Wander- und Bikegebiet mit 120 km Pisten bis 2300 m, Lauflaufloipen (300 m vom Haus), Badesee (gratis), Spielplätzen, Tennis.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and an additional private ensuite accessible from outside, there’s plenty of space for family and friends. Warm up around the Speckstein oven inside or enjoy evenings by the outdoor fireplace under the stars. The large, open yard offers endless room to relax, play, and soak in the Alpine serenity. Das Haus verfügt über eine Erdsonden-Wärmepumpe und Bodenheizung, Schwedenofen, PV-Anlage und Wallbox für Elektrofahrzeuge .

The house has all you need for a relaxing vacation.

Übrigens der perfekte Hausberg für Skitouren für geübte wie auch für Anfänger. Hochwang auch ein Hotspot für Snowkiten. In 30 Minuten ist man im Skigebiet Arosa oder im Skigebiet Lenzerheide die mit einander verbunden sind 225 km Pisten! Bergsommer: Wandern und biken. Downhill Hotspot Chur oder Lenzerheide.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace.
