Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. We are opposite a public swimming pool and crazy golf and near the banks of the River Arros. The Pyrenees, Bordeaux and Toulouse are all within a 2 hour drive and Lourdes with its famous pilgrimage site is an hours drive

Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.
