La Solange Honeymoon Cottage, romantic, business

La Solange cottage is on its own private lot. We are close to the airport, churches, shopping, and right off of I-10 and I-49, making it easy to get to wherever you want to be within minutes. Traveling without a vehicle is no issue, Uber is available. The front of our cottage faces Gloria Switch Road, while our back semi- secluded porch faces a wooded area. WiFi is available. We have a Jacuzzi, no shower, king-size bed, 55" Smart TV, kitchenette, sitting area, and a semi-secluded balcony.

Family Friendly 3 Bedroom Home with Fenced Yard

Come in and relax in our spacious 3 bedroom two bath home featuring an open floor plan with the Master Bed and ensuite bath split on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the other two bedrooms both have queen beds. Each room is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV and the home has high speed internet and Cox cable. The neighborhood is very family friendly. Be sure to listen for the ice cream truck that passes!

Country Cottage

Our cottage is peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located. The campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette is near by and so is Breaux Bridge and Lafayette shopping and restaurants. We live near by and would love to tell you about a variety of places to visit such as the little cafe down town that serves the best fresh fried shrimp poboy served with fresh potato fries and on Saturday provides Cajun music played by local musicians. We love our community and think you will too.

Built in 1897 and listed in the Lafayette Historic Registry, the Givens Cottage has been meticulously brought back to life. Nestled away on .5 acre of beautifully landscaped oasis, this home is located in the unique Sterling Grove Historic District and is steps away from Mouton Plantation, Givens Townhouse, and John Nickerson House. Enjoy the huge front porch overlooking 100+ year old oak trees, full covered patio complete with outdoor kitchen, and fire pit tucked away under the stars.
