Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Comfortable bedrooms and outdoor space with dining and grill area. 2 Adult Tricycles and 3 Kid scooters included! 4-seater Golf Cart available for rent $85 a day!

One block to the dedicated beach, no high rise condos. Three bedroom two bath house. One bedroom has queen bed, private bath with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms, one queen and one with two bunk singles, share the hall bath which has a tub/shower. Well stocked kitchen. Patio with outdoor seating and grill. Two TVs, WiFi, 1G cable internet with a dual-band 2.4+5 GHz router, Roku - Fubo streaming TV. Three miles to Pier Park a variety of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The Seaside Dairy - PET FRIENDLY, steps to beach

A PET FRIENDLY, full house just a few short steps from the beach. Recently renovated! Entire house, fully-fenced yard for pets and privacy, full kitchen, sleeps 8, with 2 full bathrooms. Old Florida style with modern amenities - Roku TVs, new floors and tile, great lounging spaces, driveway parking for 2+1 cars. PLEASE NOTE Primary renter must be 25 years old or more and onsite for the duration of the stay. Sorry, this house is not designed for college spring break festivities.

3 Min walk to Beach - sleeps 8 - pet friendly!

Short 3 minute walk to the turquoise water and sugar sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! FAST wifi, STOCKED kitchen, open concept living area next to the kitchen & dining areas. 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Pull out couch. 2 full baths. Free full size washer & dryer. Outdoor shower. This cozy cottage is a 7 minute drive to pier park and a 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and 30A. Dog friendly with a payment of $125 pet fee: 2 max.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

We are located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of St. Andrews. This is not just a 3BR/2BA house for rent, it was the family home of the current owners . Newly renovated, it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.
