The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

Couples love our place because have a great time in jacuzzi sunsets, coffe mornings at balcony with birds, special in honey moon, birthdays, scapes to relax. They love grill, I provide charcoal, lights ok in porch at night or solar candles! some country restaurants and bar around the area. Green areas and basquetball at site.
