There is plenty of space with luxury amenities - perfect for an idyllic romantic getaway or relaxing getaway. Explore the lake in our tinny with its battery-operated motor - or just sit on the deck and admire the view! Got to work Monday? Darwin is under an hour away so why not stay, enjoy a coffee and make your way to work from this beautiful gem?

Fresh rural escape.

Your peaceful home base from which you can explore many of the wonders the Top End has to offer. Only 30 minutes drive from Darwin City and around an hour from Litchfield National Park. 5 mins to shops. Alternatively, sip a cold beverage on the verandah and observe wildlife without having having to drive anywhere! We will be on the other side of this 5 acre bush block and can offer as much assistance or space as you need. You will surely feel at home in this newly built, fully equipped retreat.

We offer our former family home in the true original spirit of Air BnB. Our house is not a hotel but we are confident it has everything you need to enjoy a true hospitable Australian experience. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this home in the bush is the perfect spot from which to enjoy local attractions such as The Territory Wildlife Park, jumping crocodile cruise, Litchfield National Park, Fogg Dam, Mary River Park and is just a two hour drive from Kakadu, or 40 minutes to Darwin.

Finches Hideaway

This bungalow has everything you need to walk straight in and start your holiday. It is one of the most spacious bungalows with 4-bedroom areas and a large fully screened-in entertainer's deck. The deck is perfect to start the morning watching the finches hide in the grasses and end the day watching the sunset. Located on the western side of the lake it is a quite hideaway perfect for families to reconnect. It has its own boardwalk access into the lake and water-toys for everyone to enjoy.

How's the serenity! "El Be" lakeside bungalow

Cute bungalow on the edge of Lake Bennett. One bedroom, two bathrooms. Can accommodate up to four people maximum. King-sized bed and two single mattresses. Step off the verandah, walk across the lawn and you're at the water's edge. Fully equipped with gas cook-top, microwave, Weber Q gas bbq, cooking utensils. Kayaks. Free to air TV (via satellite). Bring your own sheets and towels, and clean up before you leave (this is how we manage to keep the cost down). No pets (sorry, lake rules).

This home has been my family’s paradise for 13 years. A huge house with all of the amenities. A master bedroom with an ensuite to die for. Kids love the 50m zip line, 8m sandbox, 16m long swing set,the pool and diving board with the ninja set above. Floating in the swimming in the pool in the evening with the absence of city light pollution, is magical. The view, which captures the silhouette of the magnificent foxtail palms with the backdrop of the Milky Way, is simply unforgettable!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On first entering this rural retreat of Humpty Doo Hideaway, you will immediately feel the holiday ambience and de-stress. From there, everything of this Hideaway haven gives an air of relaxation. From beside the pristine pool to the beautiful interior of a luxurious home, to the strolls through the beautiful gardens, you will wind down in a secluded environment fit for a couple to 8 people, particularly catering to families.

Escape to serenity with the whole family at this beautiful lakeside retreat. Start your mornings with breakfast on the deck, surrounded by the sounds of nature and visits from local wildlife, keep an eye out for the stunning Blue winged Kookaburras. As the day winds down, enjoy a BBQ and a drink while watching the sun set over the calm waters of the lake. This is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and soak in the natural beauty of the Top End.
