There are 2 refrigerators with a full kitchen and laundry room. Home has a great screened in porch and a huge deck and a fabulous walkway down to a private boathouse and dock that provides swimming and fishing or bring your boat and stay a week. No pets and no parties, unless Cake and kids are the theme

This home has 3 bedrooms 2 baths!. Sleeps 6! Great AC!! Lots of off road parking and easy checkin. This is part of a 15 unit short term rental property. 1 mile from boat ramp and state park for Lake Bob Sandlin! and 2 other lakes. The entire resort is also avail for large groups. 15 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Tx! about an hour north of Tyler! Park you boat at your front door!
