An enclosed elevator makes transporting gear easy. Upstairs features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

DIRECTLY ON the crystal clear waters of the Ichetucknee River, the Riverfront Retreat is a beautiful rustic home and the perfect place to find peace, rest & relaxation. Swim or go tubing on what US Travel News deemed as Florida's best tubing river. Private viewing platform with floating dock right on the water. 4 Bedrooms & sleeps 9 with ping pong & foosball and is perfect for almost any group. We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. After 5 guests, $25 per person, per day.

Family Treehouse on The Santa Fe River

Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair. Within a short drive are unique to North Florida features which include the following: crystal clear springs; a national forest ; racing venues; breweries & more

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Ichetucknee springs log cabin is the closest Airbnb to the world famous springhead of the Ichetucknee Springs / River. This beautiful fully custom, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, authentic log cabin. (Tucknee Inn) has beautiful wooden animal carvings and river tables throughout the house. Outside, relax in the hot tub, or tell campfire stories in our custom built firepit area. The cabin also boasts a huge custom rock shower, a large loft that acts as a second living room, and spacious bedrooms.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.
