Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Come visit our local wineries in a private non-shared stay. We converted old horse stalls into living space with 100 year old restored fixtures, modern heating, lighting, and insulation. We have a full kitchen. The milk house entry has a modern washer/dryer. Bring your bikes and take a ride on our protected natural beauty roads or pack a lunch to picnic by the river. There are also plenty of restaurants, golf courses, antique shops, cider mills, and grocery stores all within a short drive.

Unique designer home, located in the heart the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, in the quaint Village of Peninsula. Located in walking distance to restaurants, hiking trails, shops and galleries. Hike or bike the towpath trail, ski Boston Mills or Brandywine, and enjoy a concert at the G.A.R. Hall. Special arrangements can be made in advance for special events, send us an inquiry! No parties or large gatherings without prior notification. No pets, not suitable for children under 12.

Pet Friendly Stable 2, 5 miles from Island Ferries

The stable rooms are individual (double occupancy) rooms with private baths. Built in 1880 the stables fronted with an open courtyard is where guests once mounted their horses to enter the marshy Lake Erie countryside hunting for ducks & pheasant. The dutch doors of the stable rooms are still in place to allow you to enjoy the country air! Enjoy the Lodge kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, microwave), sitting room (tvs), and vintage bikes to cruise around the property at your leisure.

Studio barn apartment located 5 minutes outside of St. Thomas, directly above all the animals in the barn. Tack up and enjoy a horseback ride with our wide variety of horses for kids, beginners, or experienced riders (western or English) for an additional $30 per person, or just enjoy feeding and petting all the animals with our complementary treats. 20 minutes from Port Stanley beach, and 30 minutes from shopping and dining in London.
