Mary went above and beyond to accommodate The cabin is adorable with lots of nice touches, and the outdoors areas are simply amazing. The closet kitchen is well supplied . We actually cooked all but two meals during our week-long stay. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend "The Bear's Den" for your stay in the Franklin, NC area.

This spacious vacation home is located inside a gated golf course community that feels deep in the forest. Amenities: golf, tennis, pickleball, a hot tub, gym. Close to fishing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, GSMNP, 2 national forests, a casino, restaurants, SMRailroad etc. The house has a large kitchen and den with a pool table and fireplace. This beautiful space is a large, 1600 sq foot downstairs basement apartment, with a private entrance through the shared garage. It is a quiet peaceful area and is conveniently located nearby unique shopping in Cashiers, as well as beautiful gorgeous hikes, waterfalls. and lakes. An outdoor deck circles the entire length of the apartment and many windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain. At the Wyndham Resort, just down the road is recreational fun for everyone with a pass.

Enjoy year-round sunset views over Lake Glenville from this 3BR/3BA retreat with 3 decks, a 6-person hot tub, swing bed, and screened porch with wood-burning fireplace. Just minutes from Happs Place, The Local, and Signal Ridge Marina. 15 minutes to the crossroads of Cashiers, 30 minutes to Highlands. 5 minute walk downhill to the neighborhood beach access, 15 minute walk back up (no dock use).

Situated among the lush mountain laurel, native rhododendron and moss covered yard at a cool elevation of 3500 feet. We area a pet friendly rental with a limit of 2 pets per visit but NO pet fee because we have found that pet owners are very considerate of our cute cabin so thank you and enjoy your stay.
