This is the perfect place no matter where you're headed. When you get back you'll relax in stylish comfort in this 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment.

Treehouse at Danville

Private Getaway seen on Netflix' Most Amazing Vacation Rentals! Fulfill your dream of staying in a tree house! For safety reasons, this venue is for adults only. We do not allow children or pets. The Treehouse has a tree trunk elevator, private shower, air-conditioning, and real toilet inside so that you can bring your significant other(no compost toilet here). This 18 foot yurt has accent lighting to create the mood of living in the trees on a starry night. Danville is a glamping experience.

Mira Bella North

Tiny Home (1 of 2 guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it is not so comfy for grown-ups.) Not suitable for 4-legged travelers. (If dates you want are unavailable, search for Mira Bella South) I've included MANY photos so you can see exactly what the space is like :)

Rustic Retreat in the heart of Lake Helen

This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Cozy Cottage in DeLand

Enjoy a stylish experience at this cozy home in the heart of quaint, historic DeLand. This updated home offers the perfect blend of charm and chic modern living. Centrally located to the award-winning Mainstreet of downtown DeLand, & just a 7 minute walk from shops, diverse restaurants and brewery. The open plan design and large windows create a warm and spacious feeling. The house accommodates up to 5 guests making it ideal for families or adult groups visiting DeLand or Stetson University

First floor apartment at NWS!

This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Simple, clean two bedroom APT walk to Stetson (#4)

This is a second floor apartment in a 1925 building that was fully renovated in 2015. There's a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The screened in back porch contains the full sized washer and dryer that guests are free to use and the back door opens to a good sized back yard (shared space) and there's a private front balcony. The apartment is walking distance to Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand's award winning downtown. There is reserved parking for one car.

The Lemon Cottage -NO EXTRA FEES

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Charming fully furnished luxury RV nestled in the woods between the beautiful sister towns of Lake Helen and Cassadaga. Secluded with scenic walking trails & parks close by. Also very near to shops, dining and other local sites. New Smyrna Beach (our favorite) and Daytona Beach are about 30-45 minutes away. Orlando Walt Disney WoStirld, Universal Studios, Sea World and other attractions are about an hours drive.

The Cottage at True Trail Farm

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Relax at this peaceful studio less than a mile off I-4 in charming Lake Helen. Enjoy quiet mornings in this equestrian, golf-cart community and easy access to DeLand’s shops, Stetson University, Blue Spring, DeLeon Springs, and Cassadaga. Only minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach and an easy drive to Disney (48mi) and Universal (38mi).
